Strategic intelligence specialist and doctoral researcher in military sciences. I turn the study of culture and cognition into strategic and operational capability.
For over two decades I built and led intelligence functions in multinational corporations and research organizations – strategic intelligence, foresight, scenario planning – helping leaders decide under uncertainty. The recurring lesson: outcomes are driven less by information than by perception, incentives, and culture. My doctoral research extends this into military science, treating cultural intelligence as a capability for building resilience in cognitive warfare and security.

INTELLIGENCE IS INTERPRETATION BEFORE IT’S INSIGHT
My interdisciplinary work brings strategic intelligence, behavioral analysis, and cultural interpretation to a single question: how perception, meaning, and culture move decisions in markets, institutions, and conflict. Today that question centers on cultural intelligence and cognitive security — treated as measurable capabilities, not metaphors.

Turning cultural context into a usable analytic capability for contested, cognitively complex environments.

Foresight, early warning, and assessment that hold up when the picture is incomplete.

How perception and cognition drive choices inside organizations and societies under pressure.

Influence operations and the contest over meaning as a domain of modern conflict.

How narratives, beliefs, and historical memory shape how institutions act and endure.

Informal systems and institutional adjustment when structures are disrupted.
